Chadds Walk Tidal Waves - Set Swimmer Status & Job Sign Up

May 22nd

We hope you are enjoying the last day of school!! Just a couple of items before we start morning practices and gave our first meet next week:

1. Time trials for night swimmers is tomorrow and Friday for morning swimmers.

2. Please confirm your child's attendance for the meet on Wednesday (and upcoming meets if you know your schedule). This allows the coaches to set the line up and confirm the events your child. Also, please sign up for jobs at each meet. We need a member of each family to do at least one job so that the meet runs efficiently (or at all).

Below are instructions, but if this is too much, just let one of us know what your swimmer's status will be and we can mark it for you. Please complete by Friday. We are working with a new system this year and the coaches and coordinators would like to work over the weekend to make sure things run well.

3. The meet will be Wednesday 5/29 at Penhurst. We will pass along more information in our weekly update Sunday.

Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets

How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
Click Save Assignments.
Click Back to Signup Calendar.

To RSVP for attendance:

Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

Click Save to record your choices.
