Happy Friday!

A few key details for Tuesday's Away meet:

Location: The meet is AWAY at Penhurst (4025 Penhurst Dr., Marietta, GA 30062). Roads are narrow so please pay attention to the signage for which side of the road to park.

Arrival Time: Our warm-ups start at 5:30PM for this one, and meet starts promptly at 6PM. Please allow time to park and get settled prior to warm-ups. All swimmers are expected to warm up in the pool.

Concessions: They will have pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs and typical snacks for sale. Bring cash just to be safe, as we are not yet sure if they will offer venmo.

What to bring: Penhurst has a “neon theme” this week and invited us to participate so feel free to wear your best neon! A list of all regular items to bring & instructions for how to mark up your swimmer with their events is also available here. Coaches asked that you all please write on your swimmers’ arms prior to arrival, as time will be very limited at the meet and they will not have enough time to mark up everyone.

Final meet lineup will be posted on Tuesday morning, and we will let you know when it's ready, as well as share the full heat sheets as an attachment via email. We found that swimmers’ events are accurate in the mobile app but not on the full web site for some reason so will communicate a bit better around that this week! Still learning over here :)

Volunteering: Thanks to all of you who signed up for your job shifts for this meet – we are in really good shape but have a few slots left to fill. Remember, if your child is swimming, a parent/guardian needs to work one shift at the meet. When you arrive, please check-in at our volunteer table so we can give you what you need and provide you with instructions. We can’t do this without your help.
