Great effort tonight from all of our coaches and swimmers, and thanks once again to everyone who volunteered. We had to hand over the win to Penhurst, who had a really strong team, but our times are improving each week! Great work in practice, coaches and swimmers.

A few practice reminders and new information about a stroke clinic on Thursday are below. Please read this email in full.

Remaining Week’s Morning Practice schedule:

Wednesday, 6/7: For morning group swimmers (or night swimmers who missed photos last week), we have individual/sibling professional photos for all ages from 9-10am. We will also have ribbons and donuts for the swimmers, plus fun swim practice once the pictures are done. Please wear your team suits, or other navy/blue suit for the photos.

Thursday, 6/8: Schedule has changed and will be as follows:

8:30-9am – 6 & unders normal practice

9:00-10:00am – 7-10 year-olds Chattahoochee Gold Stroke Clinic

10-11am – 11&up normal practice

Night group will practice as usual on Thursday night at 6pm.

Friday, 6/9: Back to regular morning practice schedule!
