A few reminders for next week:

Practice: Please remember that practice times will shift this Monday, 6/10 for our 7-10 year olds stroke clinic. Practice times will be as follows:

• 8:30-9am – 6&under normal practice
• 9:15-10:15am – 7-10 year-olds practice (Chattahoochee Gold Stroke Clinic)
• 10:15-11:00am – 11&up normal practice

Pictures: Swimmer individual pictures will be taken this Tuesday 6/11 at 4:30pm at the pool. The team group pic will be taken before the meet/warmups at our meet this Wednesday, 6/12. Swimmers should arrive no later than 4:45pm so we can gather the kids and snap the picture prior to our 5pm warmup. Clix Photography will email the proofs and payment options approximately 1 week later.

*Individual pictures for any swimmers who cannot make the individual photo session on Tuesday can be taken on Wednesday at 4:15pm prior to the group pic. Please note there will be limited time for these individual photos as the group pic will be taken at 4:45pm sharp. Swimmers are encouraged to attend the pictures on Tuesday afternoon.

Meet Attendance: Please make sure your swimmer has been marked attending/not attending for this week’s meet with Hampton Woods by Monday morning, so coaches can prep the lineup. We have several swimmers still undeclared. We will not put your swimmer in the meet if they are unmarked as we cannot have “no-shows”

Volunteers: Thanks to all of you who signed up already for your job shifts. If you have not already signed up, please remember we require that one parent signs up for at least 1 volunteer slot per each meet your child(ren) will be swimming. How to Register for Jobs for a Meet:

• Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed).
• Click Save Assignments.
