Parents,

We are excited for our AWAY meet tomorrow at North Forest! A few details:

Address: 2440 North Forest Dr NE, Marietta, GA 30062

Arrival: Our warm-ups start at 5:30PM and meet starts promptly at 6PM. Please allow time to park and get settled prior to warm-ups. All swimmers are expected to warm up in the pool.

Parking: Please only park on the right side of the street. The parking area by the tennis courts is reserved for head coaches, coordinators, and the official.

Volunteers: Please check in at the CW volunteer table upon arrival, even if working the second shift. This helps us know who is there and prevents us from searching for volunteers during the meet! We also appreciate everyone’s flexibility as we sometimes have to shift slots around. If you are in the 2^nd shift, please listen for the switchover.

Concessions: Concessions will be available with pizza, BBQ sandwiches, baked potatoes, drinks, and various other treats. Cash and Venmo only please!

Theme: Our theme this week is NEON! Parents, friends, and swimmers feel free to come dressed in theme!

Heat Sheets: We will send a follow up email soon with final heat sheets for the meet. Remember to mark up your swimmers before arrival!

Events: Please help us ensure your swimmers are lined up in their lane 3 events prior to their event. This helps the coaches not have to chase as much!

End of Season Party: It's hard to believe we only have one more meet following North Forest! We will be celebrating an awesome season for the CW Tidal Waves at the end of season party on Thursday, 6/27. Please RSVP here on Swimtopia by 12PM on Monday June 24^th to help plan for pizza needed. Parents and siblings of swimmers are invited to enjoy pizza too. Please only include the number of people who will be eating pizza when you RSVP. See also the SignUp Genius for a few items we are requesting of families to go with the pizza. Thanks in advance for your help in making this a fun party for our team!
