Parents,

We are excited for our AWAY meet Monday 6/2 at East Hampton! A few details:

Address: 4421 Waterbury Lane, Marietta 30062. The subdivision is just East of the Avenue.

1. Turn into East Hampton (at the light) onto Grandvista Approach
2. Turn left at the stop sign on Kinsmon Dr.
3. Take the first right onto Waterbury Ln and the pool is down the hill on the right

Warmups: Our team will begin warming up promptly at 5:30 pm and the meet starts at 6 pm. Please give yourself time to park and get settled prior to warm-ups. Swimmers need to be ready to jump in the water when their age group is called!

Parking: Please park on the pool side of the street only.

Volunteers: Please check in at the CW volunteer table upon arrival, even if working the second shift. This helps us know who is there and prevents us from searching for volunteers during the meet! We also appreciate everyone’s flexibility as we sometimes have to shift slots around. If you are in the 2^nd shift, please listen for the switchover.

Concessions: East Hampton will have a concession stand with pulled pork sandwiches, pizza, fresh fruit, chips, ice cream, homemade baked goods, drinks and candy. They accept cash and Venmo.

Theme: Our theme this week is Tidal Waves BLUE! Parents, friends, and swimmers feel free to come dressed in theme! 

Heat Sheets: Events will be posted in Swimtopia and we will share a Heat Sheet pdf when it is available. Remember to mark up your swimmers before arrival! Instructions can be found here.

Events: Please help us ensure your swimmers are lined up in their lane 3 events prior to their event. This helps the coaches not have to chase as much!

Pictures: The team group photo has been rescheduled for this Wednesday 6/4 at 4:30pm, individual pictures will follow. Our night swim group will practice as planned on Wednesday from 6-7. 

Practice Times and Stroke Clinic: Please note the Chattahoochee Gold Stroke Clinic will take place on Thursday, 6/5 for our 7-10 year old swimmers and practice times will shift slightly. The clinic is available to all registered swimmers ages 7-10 whether you attend morning or night practice. Practice times will be as follows:

• 8:45-9:15 am - 6&under normal practice
• 9:15-10:15am - 7-10 year olds Chattahoochee Gold Stroke Clinic
• 10:15-11:00am - 11&up normal practice
